NEW! Conflict Management: Tools to Move Forward
Given diverse constituents and
stakeholders, nonprofit leaders experience both internal and external pressure on a daily basis. Far too often the response to pressure and conflict
is adversarial and destructive in nature. The Center for Nonprofit Management and Lipscomb University’s Institute for Conflict Management are
teaming up to bring nonprofits a special learning opportunity. This workshop provides participants with the practical skills necessary to effectively
and respectfully manage interpersonal and organizational conflict. Participants will examine their own methods of managing conflict, and will compare
and contrast these approaches with other techniques. Highly interactive in nature, this training not only provides skills in managing conflict, but
will allow for opportunity to put these innovative skills in to practice.
