Change of Policy for CTB Grads

The TIA Foundation has recently been notified that some CTB graduates are being contacted by headhunters who are seeking qualified applicants to fill available positions at various companies. It is in violation of TIA's policies to endorse and/or encourage the solicitation of employees from its member companies. The headhunters may have obtained the CTB graduate information from the 3PLU website and are contacting the graduates directly. While the TIA Foundation and 3PLU faculty are very proud to display the names of CTB graduates on the 3PLU Web site, we do not want to cause an inconvenience to our program participants. Therefore, we will remove the names of all CTB graduates from the 3PLU Web site and future press releases. Only those CTB graduates who indicate in writing that they want to have their name on the 3PLU website or in future press releases will be listed.

If you have any questions regarding this new policy or wish to opt out and have your name posted on the 3PLU website, please contact Cindy Amos at 703.299.5710 or amos@tianet.org
