You can now receive twice the amount of bandwidth for less than you are currently paying. To check your eligibility, please contact Derek Kamstra who can confirm your account's status. Be aware that the large bandwidth solutions require two Cable connections from Comcast; in this case you may need ProsLink to make some changes to your router. Cisco can replace equipment in 4-hours or Next Business Day.	Cisco Warranty Review We have received reports of houses receiving warranty statements or invoices that appear to come from ProsLink, but do not. While many of you have purchased extended warranty coverage for your Cisco devices for next day replacement and free security updates, please be careful with any warranty documents you might receive in the mail. Be assured that ProsLink will always contact you directly for any warranty renewal process to make sure your core equipment is protected to minimize potential Internet disruptions throughout the school year.
