training for government regulation compliance, this general awareness course trains dispatchers and customer service personnel to coach drivers
in the intricacies of hauling loads of hazardous freight to assure proper handling, transport, and delivery.

TIA Foundation Announces New Two-Part International Freight Forwarding Boot Camp

The TIA Foundation has announced a new two-part seminar
entitled, International Freight Forwarding Boot Camp. The boot camp is designed to give senior leadership at 3PLs the tools they
need to move their companies into the expanding field of international logistics.
Formally
a one-day course, the international freight forwarding seminar has been redesigned into an intensive two-part, six day seminar. The first Boot
Camp will begin Friday, June 1, 2007, in Denver, CO and run through Sunday, June 3. The second Boot Camp will also be held in Denver CO,
from Friday, October 5, 2007 through Sunday, October 7. Attendees must attend both parts in order to receive credit for the
course. The cost to attend each Boot Camp is $1,100 per part.
