To the Greek Housing Directors and associates,
It has been brought to our attention that many of our ProsLink customers, as well as houses that are not ProsLink customers, are having issues with
their bandwidth or Internet speeds. We want to let you know that it appears that a specific Internet bandwidth provider is having trouble
delivering adequate bandwidth to the houses located north of 10th Street and south of the 46 bypass. We have checked several house networks and
it appears that the slow speeds and dropped connection are being caused by the local ISP and not the ProsLink equipment.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your speed issues, we recommend contacting your ISP, which is the company who provides your bandwidth and
Internet connection. Upon your request, ProsLink is able to make this call for you. However, while we do want to help, it generally
carries more weight with the provider if you contact them directly.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this email, please feel free to contact ProsLink's Director of Operations, Scott Cripe, at
812-245-6065.
