The Abercorn Common featured tenant is Grand Harbour Homestore, located at the fountain next to Wild Birds Unlimited. Grand
Harbour offers a unique collection of indoor and outdoor furnishings with distinct interior accents to create an inviting designer living
space.

Smoke cans have been been installed at locations throughout the
center for the convenience of your patrons.
SHOPS 600
Certified LEED Silver and 80% Occupied
Located at the front of the center near Abercorn, Shops 600 is now home to Lasik and Sprint, with Motherhood Maternity
soon joining them. Shops 600 has a green or vegetated roof, covering 9,000 square feet, providing insulation
and storm water management. There is also a solar panel which provides hot water to tenants in that building. LEED means Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design and is a guideline set by the U.S. Green Building
Council.
