Planning Commission for Tonight
Rezonings and Rezonings/Concept Plans

1.    Ordinance to rezone 6.52 acres from ER to PC and approve the concept plan 7007 Moores Lane. This plan identifies several outbuildings and a senior living building on Moores Lane just east of the Dry Branch regional detention facility. Staff recommends postponement to October due to incomplete documentation of a possible stream on this site.
2.    Ordinance to rezone 36.18 acres from AG and GC to PR 2.65 and approve the concept plan for Rizer Point, a residential development located north of Del Rio Pike and south of the Harpeth River. Staff recommends postponement to October to allow applicant to better address buffering of the historic Rizer house and properties.
3.    Ordinance to rezone 3.58 acres from PR 16.40 to PR 15.37 and approve the concept plan revision for Generals Retreat on Columbia Avenue at Battle Avenue.
