Building Strong

 

Wow!  Lots of new things introduced at convention—all great tools.  Tools that are for sale and tools that you can use to promote your business.  Don’t let the opportunity to promote your business pass you by because they are new or you haven’t tried using these types of tools before.  Tomboy Tools is all about empowering women and in more ways than one.  Corporate wants to empower you to build your business so you can effectively reach even more women than ever now with the new hostess program and the project and recipe cards.  If you haven’t seen these, take a look! Aren’t they great?!  What an incentive to get your calendar organized to hold more parties.

 

We’re off to a great start for our new 2007-2008 year.  We’re building stronger and stronger and I hope you’re on board.  As in all direct sales companies, connection and communication are essential factors for you, your downline, and your upline.  Support your fellow team members and call in to your team meetings.

Consultant of the Month

“I'm a stay at home mom of three children Kayla is 10 and Paige and Donovan are 7.  I've been married to my wonderfully supportive husband for almost 11

years.  I joined Tomboy Tools in June and have had fun with it ever since.  I love having my independence to fix things in my own home, even though my husband is quite surprised sometimes when he comes home.

 

After my first party, I decide to contact Ace Hardware in my area on a whim just to see if I could get a nibble.  I sent a question to Ace through their website and 5 minutes later received a phone call asking me what it was all about.  I explained the program and I was asked to drop off a packet of information and a hammer so they could see the quality in them.  Tuesday afternoon I was told Ace would be ordering 11 cases!!!  They are also putting it in their September sales ad that is delivered to over 200,000 homes!!  I love Tomboy Tools and what they are doing for breast cancer research and look forward to even more success with them.”

 

So now the burning question for Tenya…what did you say in your e-mail to Ace?

 

“LOL...I asked for whoever makes the purchasing decisions to please call me.

That was it!”

 

And that netted Tenya 11, yes, ELEVEN Ace stores and a total of $4,336.20 in their first orders!!  Way to go Tenya!
