Google Launches Their Own Web Browser, Called Chrome
In a direct shot at Microsoft, Google last week unveiled a surprising new product: Google Chrome. Chrome is a web browser, like Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or Mozilla’s Firefox, and represents another skirmish in the growing battle between the world’s two technology powers. The browser is still in Beta Test—which means it may be buggy and unstable, so don’t go downloading it yet—but we took a test drive of it and you can read our thoughts here.
