Celebration Day We had a great turnout on May 26th to celebrate the completion of our gym, the Assigned Team House and Main Street.  Lost Canyon looks more and more finished.  Make sure you come see the new buildings.

Smiley's Notes  :-) God be praised for the Summer @ Lost Canyon 2007.  As one of the newest members of the Lost Canyon family it was fantastic to meet many of you in person and greet many more who love serving here.  With everyone in community working together it really is a small window of heaven on earth.  God was glorified across all the sessions drawing His own to Himself.  Truly amazing!  Lost Canyon continues to grow and learn, so come back soon to help build into God's work here.  We cannot wait.

Welcome to our first ever year long interns! We have the great privilege of introducing the 2007 Lost Canyon year long interns. Megan Aldrich, Ruffin Bailey, Anne Jacoby, Lauren LaRose, SJ Milner and RJ Valdez will work along side the property staff this entire school year through next summer in every department learning what the different aspects of camp look like.  We are thrilled at what the Lord is going to do through this incredible community that He has brought together. We anticipate great things for us, for them and for the groups that we serve.

Beautiful but not normal! Monsoon season came a little late but in full force this year. Our last two weeks of Young Life camping got quite a different taste of Arizona than most. It was wet and more wet but in this dry climate one must be grateful for the rain in all circumstances, even when it floods.

YOUNG LIFE FAMILY CAMP Labor Day Weekend August 31-September 2, 2007 Come join other Young Life families from across Arizona at Lost Canyon for a weekend of family fun. Activities from the pool, spa, zip line, ropes course, mountain bikes to the basketball and volleyball courts will be available for you and your family. Not to mention great food, awesome fellowship, hilarious program and a great speaker! Cost is $110 per adult, $75 for children (5-12) and no charge for children 4 and under.
