Charlie Lager Joins Rock-Pond Solutions

As a close friend and business associate over the past 15 years, I've had the opportunity to work with Charlie in many different capacities. Charlie will bring a great diversity and a depth of experience in the home health care industry to Rock-Pond Solutions at a critical growth phase of our company. Home Infusion Reports to make a difference at Duke Homecare & Hospice
Duke Homecare & Hospice is using Home Infusion Reports to address a very important area of their home infusion business; patient pay receivables and patient statements. A National HME Firm Turns to Rock-Pond Solutions for Reimbursement Analysis
A national HME company recently turned to Rock-Pond Solutions for help in fine tuning their reimbursement functions to support rapid growth and expansion into new product lines. Rock-Pond Solutions responded with a joint project with one of our business partners, Reimbursement Concepts, LLC.  Through a combination of process, staffing and information management analysis, Rock-Pond Solutions is helping them to reduce their DSO, improve cash flow and best manage their accounts receivable.

In 1987, when I started working in the home infusion industry, there was only one clinical software system available for home infusion providers (and there were not that many providers!). The company was Specialized Clinical Services founded by Roger Klotz. Almost 20 years later, I’m happy to have Roger and many other old friends and associates as contributors to Rock-Solid Intelligence.
