I hope you are all enjoying the blustery beginnings of springtime. With a new CD project and long procrastinated book outline beginning to take shape, I am finding much joy in the countless reminders of renewal and hope that accompany this special season.

One of the things I love about playing live music is being able to share in supporting a good cause.  On March 28th, the Acoustic Trio (and perennial special guest, Gary Smith on bass) will perform for the Century II Art Show and Patrons Party, benefiting the Waves Recreational Therapy program.

Waves, Inc. is a non-profit agency in Franklin, TN that provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The Art Show and Patron's Party - held in the Commons Area of the Factory from 6:00 to 9:00 pm - will showcase the beautiful and unique artwork of more than 50 Middle Tennessee artists with developmental disabilities.

Tickets to the Patrons Party are $20 per person, and can be purchased online at www.wavesinc.com, by calling Waves at (615) 794-7955, or at the door.

We hope you can come out, enjoy hors d'oeuvres, a glass of wine and the music of the Acoustic Trio, and help us support this wonderful cause.
