The following announcement in the Grants Action News is from the New York State Education Department, No Child Left Behind funding opportunity:

Enhancing Education Through Technology:
The purpose of these grants is to improve student academic performance
through the use of technology in elementary and secondary schools, to
assist every student in becoming technologically literate by the end of eighth grade, and to encourage the effective integration of technology resources and systems with professional development and curriculum development to promote research and evidence based instructional methods that can be widely replicated. Eligibility is for high-need local educational agencies or a local partnership. There is $11.7 million available. Deadline is November 5, 2007.
