Meet Your 2006-2007 Board of Directors

Our December Volunteer Awards Luncheon on Thursday, December 8th was absolutely
fabulous! We had a lot of fun and recognized our members who gave their time,

Rita is vice president at Cobbs, Allen & Hall, an insurance provider from
basic insurance coverage to complex risk-management strategies and comprehensive
employee-benefits programs. She can be reached at 615-371-1194.
Goal: To engage senior HR leaders as mentors, to grow our organization through education,
and to focus on diversity as we move forward.

Tracy is the Nashville Branch Manager with Manpower, a worldwide provider of

Goal: To support the role of expanding quality employment opportunities through
workforce development, search out and implement diversity in the workplace, and
embrace the social responsibility for the betterment and growth of the community
in which we work and play.

Denis is senior vice president and corporate development director for Barge Waggoner,
Sumner and Cannon, an employee-owned engineering, architecture, planning, landscape

Goal: To continue to promote the HR Professional as a strategic business partner
and to make MT-SHRM a resource for the HR practitioner to successfully meet the
challenges of this role.

Kellie is the human resources manager for Wood Personnel Services, a local recruiting
firm providing staffing, executive and IT search services. She can be reached

Goal: To increase volunteer opportunities for our membership while providing programs
that help to advance the HR profession.

John is assistant human resources leader for Electrolux, the worlds largest

Goal: To organize and develop the people resources of MT-SHRM in order to provide
the critical link to accomplish the goals and mission of our organization.

Lynn is VTS operations manager with Vanderbilt University and Medical Center.

Goal: To provide educational opportunities for MT-SHRM members that advance the
HR profession and serve HR professionals.

Tish is human resources director for Community Health Systems, a leading operator
of general acute care hospitals in non-urban markets throughout the United States.

Goal: "To bring our organization's finances to the next level and prepare us for
additional programs and membership activity in 2006-2007."

Kevie is vice president client services with The HR Group, a provider of comprehensive
solutions in employee benefits, HR management and outsourcing. She can be reached

Goal: To extend MT-SHRMs existing membership benefits to HR professionals who
live or work in Williamson and surrounding Counties thereby expanding the impact
we have in our local communities.

Danny is vice president of human resources for Murray, Inc., a manufacturer of

Jimmy is a shareholder in Ogletree Deakins, a labor and employment law firm that
exclusively represents management in all types of employment-related legal matters.

Goal: To provide strong leadership and quality legal advice on all human resource
and management issues affecting the membership, the Board of Directors and the
MT-SHRM officers.

Mark is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group, and Chair of the
Healthcare Employment Law Practice subgroup, at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis.
He represents management exclusively in a variety of industries throughout the

Goal: To inform and advise MT-SHRM on local, regional and national labor and employment
legislative matters of significance and relevance to the membership and to serve
as a resource on creative and proactive strategies for resolving disputes in the
workplace.
