The August 3rd election
comprises several highly contested races, such as the US Senate seat that Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is vacating as well as Governor, several
open Metro Council seats, and five School Board seats. Your active participation is needed to reflect the needs of the business
community in this critical election year. To make your voice heard, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the
U.S. Chamber of Commerce has launched NashvilleBusinessVotes!

SuccessPac endorses Candidates
On Aug. 3, Nashvillians will take to the
polls to make a very important decision. Of the nine seats on the Metro Board of Public Education, five are up for election. The Chamber's political
action committee, SuccessPAC, interviewed candidates from all districts and has endorsed five highly qualified candidates. The endorsed candidates
are: Terri Harris, district 2; Steve Glover, district 4; Gracie Porter, district 5; Karen
