  Inspiration Gallery

The expression of oneself through art and creativity has long been recognized as a therapeutic force.   Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital is pleased to display a variety of artistic media via our Inspiration Gallery.  The theme of the gallery is Encourage, Appreciate, Dream - and features artwork prominently displayed throughout the hospital.

Inspiration Gallery is host to artists of our community, as well as the artwork of individuals treated at the hospital.  Recently, the work of Gail Alexander was featured throughout our facility.  Gail is an artist, and also one of the clinical supervisors of the Eating Disorder Program at ABBHH.  Gail believes that everything in our world around us has an energy, frequency, and vibrational pattern.  She translates these patterns into mandalas using the principles of sacred geometry, universal knowledge, love and light.

Currently, the work of David R. Pflederer is featured in the Inspiration Gallery. The images featured in this exhibit were taken during David's two recent trips to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Two of the photos are from Yosemite National Park. David's company, Precise Look Photography, specializes in commercial and hospital photography.
