Open to all adult patients, this is a fun, therapeutic program of movement and exercise. The Lebed Method is smooth, slow with resistant movements, gentle, and easy to do. Through group classes, you'll learn to reduce the risk of lymphedema, increase range of motion and upper body movement, enhance self image, improve balance, improve mood and reduce depression.
