O.K. We are all very aware of the recent downturn in the housing market. However, thre are some positives in Nashville,
according to Lawrence Yun, a vice president of research from The National Association of Realtors. Mr. Yun reports that Nashville has a
fundamentally good economy. Additionally, there are more people moving in than moving out and salaries have been rising. He also believes
housing prices will rise next year by 5% to even higher single digits.
Given the above information, it is a great time to buy. The buyer has an excellent inventory of homes from which to
choose; interest rates remain very attractive and sellers are prepared to negotiate. So, jump in there, take a look and make a good deal for
yourself.
