What is Campus Connections?
Campus Connections is a monthly e-newsletter highlighting
campus-community engagement initiatives in Oregon. In addition to this profile, there will be links to resources including grant opportunities,
professional development events, current research, and resources for your campus or organization.
Campus Connections will be delivered to your in box at the beginning
of each month. Now powered by Emma, you can easily forward the newsletter or opt
out of our monthly communication. We will not share your information with other organizations nor will we barrage your inbox with emails. We are
keeping it simple... an e-newsletter at the beginning of the month. For more communication, see the link to our blog below in the 'Resource' section.
Who are you?
Your title may be President, Director, Faculty, Student, or another
title... but our common tie is the belief in the civic mission of higher education for the development of students, for the deepening
of scholarship, and the important engagement with community.

Oregon Campus Compact is a state affiliate chapter of Campus
Compact, a national coalition of over 1,100 college and university presidents dedicated to promoting community engagement, service-learning, and
community service in higher education.

Save the date! Oregon Campus Compact will convene students
from across the state on October 11th for conversation and skill building around the many types of civic participation available on campus.
Students interested in joining the planning committee should contact Emily at emily@oregoncampuscompact.org. The next planning call will occur on July 16th. More information to
come on the October event in the August newsletter.
