Giving
2 Corinthians 8 tells the story of the Macedonian churches giving generously in the midst of great trial and extreme poverty. Similarly, thought not as severely, our country is in economic flux, yet the challenge for the church is still to "excel in this grace of giving...For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have."
