From humble beginnings as a tabletop show not much larger than our regional pass events, BIS has matured into a show that pulls over 10,000 attendees, 400 exhibitors and top notch industry talent. Todd Leibl with Victory Homes

  Leibl got his contracting license in 1984 and since then has done a variety of field work including customer service, site superintendent and project manager. Many years have passed since Mr. Leibl began his career. Through this time passage, he has become an expert in all areas of the development business-from land acquisition to finance and from accounting to legal work. He started Victory Development to build on his father's work in development, and to do things on a larger scale.
 Now the Victory Team primarily focuses on, but doesn't limit itself to – subdivisions of single-family detached homes and condominiums. They've done projects in Southern California, Northern California, Washington, Hawaii, and Utah.
  Leibl's dedication to the building industry is apparent through his involvement with the Building Industry Association. He first joined in 1982, to learn more about the business.
 "I saw this as a great way to get to know others and learn more," Leibl says,"The networking was a big opportunity – going into shows and seeing every single component that goes into a home."  
 Since then, he's become a fixture at the chapter, regional and state levels. He served as President of the LA County Chapter from 2002 to 2004 and served as BIA/SC Vice President of Membership from 2005 to 2007. He is also active with numerous committees at both the California Building Industry Association and the National Association Of Home Builders.
