About the LTAP
Program
The PennDOT Local Technical Assistance Program
(LTAP) has been serving Pennsylvania’s municipalities with transportation road maintenance and safety training since
1983. Services available through LTAP include workshop training, on-site technical assistance, updates on the latest technologies
and innovations, field demonstrations, library and information materials and newsletters. These services are available to all
municipalities in the state and are provided at little or no cost to the user. All LTAP training workshops are free to all employees of
municipalities, counties, government authorities and agencies. Others (consultants, engineers, developers, homeowners associations) interested can
register based on classroom availability.

5th Annual John J. Luciani Regionalism Award
Established in memory of John J. Luciani, former NEPA Board Chairperson,
this regionalism award represents the pure dedication which Mr. Luciani displayed for the people of our region, his passion for economic growth
throughout the region and the hard work that formed the foundation and advancement of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) as the premier
regional economic and community organization for Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Nomination Criteria & Information:
- The project must be regional in nature (Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill &/or Wayne Counties)
- The award can be presented to a person, organization or business
- The project should have a positive impact on the region
- Projects should bring multiple counties together
- The project does not have to be solely economic development
- Projects can be related to health services, education, transportation, community development, etc.
- Projects completed prior to January
1, 2006 are not eligible however, projects currently underway are eligible
- Anyone may nominate, provided that they can supply the necessary information
- Anyone may nominate themselves or their own project
- Finalists will be invited to attend NEPA's Annual Dinner
- One winner will be chosen by the Luciani Award Committee

Australasian College of Natural Therapies Pty Ltd (ACNT) is looking for an academic
partner (Community College, Further Education College or similar) to undertake one of the following activities: 1.) Enter into a Study Abroad
relationship where U.S. students can study a term, semester or year at ACNT in Sydney while receiving credit at their U.S. institution, 2.) Enter
into a licensing arrangement in the U.S. whereby a U.S. college could provide training in one or more of their programs.
