Received the Tier 2 Reports for Mack Hatcher Parkway, both for the extension and for the expansion of the existing sections. These reports confirm the need for these improvements. 4. Recommended the abandonment of the alley along the West Side of 301 Natchez Street.   6. Received the Road Impact Fee Draft and requested that a public hearing be held on this draft at our next Transportation meeting. 7.
