Deep Brain Stimulation Therapy for Major Depressive Disorder

According to the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (www.aans.org) , an estimated 18.8 million American adults suffer from a depressive disorder each year.  Many may find relief with medication and/or psychotherapy - yet others become severely disabled.
