FAN FAIR EARLY DEADLINE APPROACHING

 

Everyone who signs up for Fan Fair by December 31 will be entered into a drawing for four free tickets to a Grandstand show of their choice along with parking and gate admission. For every $100 Fan Fair participants donate, they are given the opportunity to purchase two Grandstand concert tickets prior to public sale. Final deadline for Fan Fair is March 15, 2008. Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Call 800/450-3732 or visit the Blue Ribbon Foundation web site for more information.

More than a dozen Fairgrounds facilities including the colossal William C. Knapp Varied Industries Building, the midsize Elwell Family Food Center (formerly the Iowa Tourism Building), the huge 4-H Exhibits Building and mammoth Cattle Barn, as well as the Fair's parking lots are available for rent.

The dramatic yet simple Paul R. Knapp Animal Learning Center offers 19,000 square feet of multi-use functionality. This new facility features climate-controlled comfort and adjacent parking.


Fairgrounds facilities and services - as much or as little as you need - are available at surprisingly low costs. Requirements are simple: a signed contract and a certificate of insurance.
