AIB MAKES PLEA FOR VIDEOS OF EQUIPMENT

"It's much easier for a student who is new to the industry to understand what a rounder is, and its function, if they can see it in action," says Kirk O'Donnell, Vice President of AIB International.  "Although we don't want to risk anyone's privacy or technological advantage, we're hoping there's video of machinery in action we can use to paint a picture for someone who's never been inside a bakery."

They are asking BEMA members to submit videos of equipment to the AIB Inventory.  Media examples might include sales or training videos.  They could also use high quality, up-close photos.  They will then edit the pieces to fit their curriculum.

If you have materials or media you feel might benefit the educational efforts at AIB, please contact Kirk O'Donnell, Vice President of AIB.
