I wonder which reward you think they will find the most meaningful: earning the compressor and tool box free, the full
calendar of parties OR knowing all those guests are about to enter this exciting world we have to offer?!?
If you counted the parties, it is 180+ nationwide. Multiply that by 9-10 guests per party. That is a whole lotta
"WHOOOO HOOOO-in" goin' on nationwide as someone puts that drill bit into a chuck for the very first time. And if that isn't enough, we'll all
be doing cartwheels over creating those beautiful rooms with LP Moulding's EverTrue And Crystal White pre-finished molding and trim.
Most women don't ask for a compressor for their birthday-BUT THEY WILL NOW!
Whew! It puts a whole new meaning to the term "home party"!!
Because our mission is, "To empower women to be confident and competent homeowners", we try to hub everything
around a teaching environment. We focus on the "How to do the project" instead of selling tools. Though, we help our consultants to
learn to do both, selling the tools is not our focus.
Thus, everything hubs around the home party.
It is here that we watch the "lights" come on in our guests as they enter this wonderful world of home improvement and
really, personal accomplishment. So in many ways we are in the purest sense, "Home Consultants". We advise, train and guide our guests so they
can create the lifestyle they desire and take care of their most valuable asset: their home.
Home Parties build the foundation for everything else we do. It is here that all of us
learn the skills to build a healthy business-walking through the daily duties and learning experiences to keep a business maintainable, productive and
fun!
We define a home party as an event with a host/ess who has invited guests to come and meet
YOU. Now this can be done in many different settings and definitely varies by where you live!
Some areas, Margarita and Molding parties are a big hit. (Of course the Margaritas are AFTER we
turn off the compressors!) In other areas the "home party" has to happen in the same way as a Happy Hour --right after work in the break room or at a
friend's house on the way home from work. The venue varies, but to fulfill our vision, we create an environment of having one on one interaction with
a group of women who have been personally invited by a hostess. This is why we exist.
As a consultant, once you have learned the important fundamentals that can be best learned in this
venue, you have what you need to build a healthy business in all of our other venues: Trade Shows, Commercial Sales, educational forums etc. It's all
about building a healthy foundation. Everything that comes next will be true and sustainable.
We will focus training and materials on these other venues during this year. Sort of a phase two and phase three. But
for now, it's phase one- the first step in the road map for success: successful home parties-however you define them. Building successful business
skills!
The compressors and tools boxes are being sent to the contest winners now. AND YES WE WILL DO THIS CONTEST
AGAIN, it was too fun. So if you missed out, don't worry there is so much more to come.
Your LP brochures will be arriving with the next order you have delivered to your home. There is a set of 10, so
you can hand out to guests and let them dream.
