New Monthly Seminar Series Replaces Weekly
Classes
The TCCII 2008 Seminar Series includes five
exciting seminars on Qigong and Internal Kung Fu. On June 28, we will start with Wudang Shen Dian Qigong, a short but very effective form to “jump start” your own “magical
electricity” (Shen Dian). On July 12 we will teach Yang Shen Qigong – a Wudang form invaluable for nourishing your life force. August 2 brings us the famous Five Element
form of Hsing-I, crown jewels of Chinese internal arts (Nei Jia Chuan). Primordial Qigong on October 11 helps us deepen the work of accumulation and
refinement of our internal Qi. We end our series on December 6 with the Spirit Qigong for the Holidays – a great way to consolidate your
accomplishments this year and get ready for the holiday season!
