providing follow-up technical support both on-site and remotely. Good
communication skills are essential in this role.

Windows XP deadline extended until July 31st, 2009. Majority of business PCs are still shipped
with Windows XP pre-installed.

Many customers are concerned about the availability of Windows XP as we come closer to its end of
life. Currently, you can still purchase Windows XP through authorized vendors who offer the ability to downgrade your Windows Vista purchase to
Windows XP until July 31st, 2009. You will still receive Vista, but the computer comes preloaded with Windows XP instead with the option to
upgrade to Vista at a later time. Windows Vista is only recommended for businesses who do not run proprietary applications that require Windows
XP or who do not mind learning a slightly different interface. Some of the biggest issues we run into with Windows Vista are VPN connections to
corporate offices, application compatibility, and hardware compatibility for older machines. For more information on the eventual
