Consideration of amendment to professional services agreement for the design of the northwest segment of Mack Hatcher Parkway. 4. Consideration of utility installation agreement for Carothers Parkway, Phase II, with Mallory Valley Utility District. 5. Consideration of realignment agreement with Pearl Street Partners for payment of costs for the design and construction of relocation of South Carothers Parkway on the Lockwood Property. 6. Consideration of professional services agreement for construction administration and preparation of right-of-way and easement documents for McEwen Drive from Jordan Road to Cool Springs Boulevard. 7. Consideration of change order for the Del Rio Pike improvement project with Jenco Construction. 8. Consideration of proposed alley parking regulations. 9. Consideration of amendment to professional services agreement for the Liberty Creek stormwater conveyance improvement project.   BOMA Meeting Changed to 1/15 The Board of Mayor and Aldermen normally meet on the second Tuesday of each month, but with New Year's Day falling on the first Tuesday, the January meeting has been moved to the third Tuesday, January 15. This is necessary to allow staff enough time to prepare the agenda and compile information packets, and to meet State of Tennessee requirements for public notification.
