The numbers I am using are last year's averages. These averages
surprised me as I have been with several DS companies. They are quite good considering everyone was learning how to do direct sales. You will also
notice that we have many venues to create income.
However, we want to make sure every consultant learns the skills to maintain a healthy
business. Because a new consultant trusts us with her time, we feel it is our responsibility to build the basic skills in the first month and after
that she should be able to have her business grow with her. Thus, everything begins with the in-home demonstration. Your LP brochures will be
arriving with the next order you have delivered to your home. There is a set of 10, so you can hand out to guests and let them dream.
*the average sale per customer is $60 the average attendance per
show is 9 people thus the average show total is $540 if the consultant is active--at this average if she if does one show per month she is
active. her profit is figured at 30% or $160 per show. Interesting fact: we sell the $107 stepper on a regular basis. This is a great point of
interest...it means the product cost do not deter our profile customer and our consultants "sell" by sharing knowledge not by using
tactics...
*our consultants have websites and sell product through the company website- this means your customers can go online at any time
and order, They simply use your web ID you get the credit.
Once they establish a business: *consultants can do trade shows and we train
them how to do this *consultants can sell bulk, ie realtors, and we will logo the items at about $5 each. if you have seen our Stepper, this is
the most popular item for this purpose We currently have 21 Regions. 6 have Regional Trainer the other areas are open to whomever wants
to build. This is truly a ground floor opportunity. the company has seen 30% growth since Oct. 2005. The media inquiries increase daily...
and we are launching the UK this march.

continue to be the focus of the print, radio and TV media.

Consultant of the Month

I was searching for a home party company that would be a good fit
for me when my best friend called me from California after hearing about Tomboy Tools on the CBS News. I contacted the closest consultant, Jo, who
was in another state. She drove 6 hours in the rain a week before Christmas to train me (Thanks, Jo!) I love the concept of direct
sales because I've always loved to help people. In this business, success comes from helping others be successful. I love tools and encouraging women
to try their hand at home repair. It's great to have a business where I can set my own hours, have a flexible schedule, and create lasting
relationships. There is no glass ceiling here. Any woman can reach the top levels of success. There is no competition. No set hours, grumpy boss,
office politics, or waiting for the raise that never comes. We can give ourselves a raise any time. The more we help each other, the more success we
all enjoy. It doesn't get any better than that! My Aha! moment came recently when I took on the company's challenge of booking ten
parties in March. It was a big stretch for me. I took a deep breath and picked up the phone. I got a few no's and I didn't die! The people who said
no still like me! And I got several yesses! It really is a numbers game. There are many women who would love to host a party. We just have
to keep asking until we find them. A wonderful book that I highly recommend, The Aladdin Factor, has a quote by Ghandi: "If you don't ask,
you don't get." You know how hard it is for most women to say no, so go ahead and just ask!
