We shouldn’t wait until Thanksgiving
Day to focus on being thankful for what we have. Thanksgiving provides us a reminder for what is important to us and all that we should give
thanks for.
Giving thought to this every morning and
finding something that you are thankful for will affect your mood in a positive way throughout your day. It’s such a simple exercise
that can make an incredible difference. Take a moment before you rise in the morning and think about what is good in your life. Again at
night take a minute or two to reflect on what went right that day and why you are thankful. Making this a habit will put things into perspective and
help make some of your problems and issues seem small.
Give this a try and experience each day in a
more positive light.
