Recycling at the Mill
Thanks to each of you who have embraced our recycling
efforts and to Liz Taylor, The Recycling Lady from Savannah who helped us kick off this initiative. We listen
to your suggestions and will continue to improve our process.
New to
Recycling?
If you are a first time recycler or somewhat of a beginner, remember it takes practice to
recycle instead of throwing items away - it takes even more practice to separate and only recycle what can actually be recycled. Some of us try
to recycle everything, but unfortunately that's not possible.

For Plastics - look for the number inside the recycle symbol. It's easy to recycle No. 1 and No. 2, but 3-7
are rarely recyclable.

Please remove paper clips from office paper - staples are ok.

Remove plastic covers and spiral binders

Less packaging is best when possible - think of the waste stream!
