Join in welcoming our new pastoral associate, Cambria Smith!

This weekend, September 6 and 7, we will affirm her ministry within our parish with a special blessing at all of the Masses. Come meet and greet Cambria in the Gathering Area after Mass. Bishop Gabino Zavala will be joining us in the celebration of the 9:30 a.m. Sunday Mass.

We invite all parishioners to attend a Parish Welcome Reception in the Parish Hall. Drop in for light refreshments at one of two informal receptions between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for as much or as little time as you would like. Those parishioners who are part of a Worship or Community Life ministry are encouraged to attend the Monday, September 8 reception. Those parishioners who are part of an Administration or Outreach ministry are encouraged to attend the reception on Wednesday, September 10. All others are welcome at either reception.

It's a Fiesta!
The annual Holy Family Fair is set to take place on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12, 2008. There are so many ways that you can get involved in this fun family event!

Volunteers

Fair Sponsorship Opportunities
By becoming a Fair Sponsor, your support helps underwrite the fixed expenses for this year's fun family celebration. Choose from The Big Enchilada, Holy Guacamole! or Red Hot Chili Pepper sponsorship levels. So grab your sombrero and head to the Pastoral Center to pick up a sponsorship form. Also, look in the mail for the Raffle Mailing and fill out the bottom section of the Fair Sponsorship flyer. Checks must be received no later than October 4, 2008 for printed recognition. Now Selling T-shirts and Caps
Holy Family Fiesta t-shirts and caps will be available in the Gathering Area after Sunday morning Masses September 14 through October 5. Tees are available in men's, women's, youth, toddler and infant styles. They are a must have!

Bingo News
We're looking for lots of bingo prizes - gift cards are especially welcome. Please drop your donations off at the Pastoral Center. We also need a couple of people to help solicit donations from local businesses and to work in the Bingo Hall during the fair (think air conditioning).
