Bowl for Kids events in Westchester, we head to New
Windsor this week, then finish
the Spring 2008 JA Bowl-a-thon Season in White Plains on "Lucky" Friday, June 13. There is still time to join us in June and support
JA in our mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Contact

companies have participated in their first Bowl for Kids.

Fundraising Successes All of our teams have done a terrific job raising funds and we thank each of them for their efforts on behalf of JA. We recognize several outstanding
teams and their pledge leaders. Keane
& Beane P.C., with 2 teams, has raised $2630 to date. Stephanie Roebuck is top fundraiser with
pledges totaling $2360. Team Avon, with 7 teams has also
done an outstanding job raising a total of $4715. Their team members Ugo Chiulli and Alma
Madriaga have raised $615 and $505
respectively. Just behind them on the Firstgiving tally
board is Anne Marie Horrigan
of Sprint with $500. Remember, donors can still
make pledges through Firstgiving even after the bowling
event. |

We welcome teams from Best Buy -
Middletown, Citizens Bank, DataNet, Frontier Communications and Wachovia to Pat Tarsio's Bowling
Time Lanes in New Windsor this Friday, May 16. Please have your bowler fees and all team registration forms, paper pledge forms and
money ready to submit. Encourage your bowlers to resend their Firstgiving
fundraising page to their friends and family or make another effort to solicit pledges. We need everyone's help to reach our
fundraising goal of $60,000.00. |
