Third Party Logistics:

Current Trends and M&A Activity  Webinar

Thursday, June 28, 2007

12 Noon – 1:00 p.m. ET

With almost 600 reported deals representing more than $79 billion in aggregate transaction value since 2005, the transportation industry has seen significant deal activity.  Within the transportation industry, third party logistics is one of the hottest sectors for private equity investment and strategic buyer acquisitions.

This free webinar will examine ways your company can capitalize on this phenomenon, either as buyer or seller.

The topics covered will include an overview of several segments of the third party logistics industry.  The discussion will focus on the ongoing surplus of committed capital in buyout funds, the hot sectors for funds that have been actively seeking platform portfolio companies or add-on acquisitions in third party logistics, as well as the activity of foreign and domestic strategic buyers in logistics mergers and acquisitions.
