We Love Our Volunteers!

The heart and soul of Junior Achievement is the outstanding commitment by volunteers in the classroom. JA's success as an organization is due to the thousands of classroom mentors who take the time to connect with students, helping to motivate them to achieve their dreams, and helping them develop the skills necessary to be successful as our future generation of leaders.

Help us continue to achieve this goal by volunteering in a classroom or donating to Junior Achievement's mission of inspiring and preparing young people to be successful in a global economy!

Education

February Spotlight: Ramapo Central School District

All elementary schools in this district have parent or teacher coordinators to oversee the JA classes. By spring, a total of 2000 students will benefit from the JA experience from their efforts!

Here's some great opportunities to get involved with Junior Achievement!

After school - We are looking for a few volunteers to provide programs in an after-school setting in Tarrytown to elementary grade students.
High School - Looking for committed volunteers to provide JA Careers with a Purpose in an alternative High School setting in Dobbs Ferry.
JA in a Day - Corporations are needed to provide the JA in a Day experience to entire elementary schools in Westchester.

Contact JA for more information on these programs.
