Seven Blessings has recently had our faith put to test; our Landlord of the farm we are currently
leasing has exercised his right to terminate our lease. By August 1, 2007 we have to vacate the
premises.
Therefore, we need a home ASAP.
Here is what we need:
We can lease a location, preferable zoned agriculture, for up to $1,500/month.
We
would like to have 15+ acres, and with a home. The size of the actual residence is not as important and the capability of having 44 animals on
location.
We would like to have some fencing and perhaps a barn.
But the
Landlord should know that we will be using the premises as a sanctuary, a 501c3 sanctuary.
Also, we would like to have a lease/purchase option. If the land is located in a sparse, rural area
that we could live there for a long time (forever), we would raise money to purchase.
This is an urgent cry. Please put out any feelers you have that might give us options.
