New Resource on BEMA Website
A Voluntary Model Terms and
Conditions template, developed by BIF, is now posted for voluntary use by members on the BEMA website resources page. The template is a set of terms and
conditions that were agreed upon by both bakers and manufacturers as a voluntary, neutral starting point for contract negotiations.
It can also be used, with very few changes, as the terms and conditions for smaller projects using proven technology. More
