Dear ,

Can you hit the road with us... in prayer at least? This week we will leave Kumasi and really not stop until sometime in July. It's a busy time ahead and we want you to know all about what's happening and how you generosity may help us to minister.

Our 4x4 Nissan Patrol loaded up ready to go

We are glad we can count on a 4x4 vehicle for the drive up north: it will be loaded with 6 or 7 adults inside and a roof rack  packed for the work.

Reaching Out to the Lobi

'Sing to the Lord, praise His name; proclaim His salvation day after day. Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples.'                   Psalm 96:2-3

On Friday, May 27th we will drive from Kumasi to the Upper West region, to a small village where an ureached nomadic people group, the Lobi, is gathered. As part of a team that has in common the passion to serve our Lord and to be a vessel for His love, we will be offering medical care as we share the Good News. Stand with us in prayer for a powerful time with lives being transformed and captives being set free, for the oil of gladness instead of mourning and for a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair as they welcome the presence of their loving Father into their hearts. Pray also for our going out and our coming back (eight days later), for safety on the road, health and strength in a time of intense spiritual warfare. And for our children staying in Kumasi, as we will be out of reach for most of that time.

Lucas' 4th Birthday

We celebrate the son God has given us!  Lucas turned 4 years old on May 23rd and we had a great party at our house on Saturday with 31 people enjoying hot dogs and hamburgers, and a good Southern dish... fried okra, onions and potatos!  It was a fun party and he enjoyed having all his friends over. Pray for him as he continues to adjust to life here.

His, and your missionaries,

We are blessed by YOU!
