Alderman Candidate Forum TONIGHT!
Franklin Tomorrow will sponsor a forum for At-Large Alderman tonight
beginning at 6:30pm, in the boardroom at City Hall. Candidates for
Mayor are not included in this evening's forum - they were provided a
similar opportunity this past Tuesday. For more information, contact

Early Voting Continues This Week
Election day for mayor and alderman at-large races is Tuesday, October
23. Early voting at the Williamson County Administrative Complex began
yesterday, October 3, and ends on Thursday, October 18. Hours for early
voting are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and from 8:00am
to noon on Saturday.
Transportation from Monday
1. Recommended road impact fee offset with Highwoods Properties.
2. Forward to BOMA without a recommendation the
traffic signal improvements with Spring Creek Retail Partners for
signalization on McEwen Drive.
3. Recommended Boyd Mill Avenue electrical conversion agreement with MTEMC.
4. Recommended property acquisition for the Third Avenue extension and Bicentennial Park Projects.
5. Recommended professional services agreement for
design and construction administration of Boyd Mill Avenue improvements
from Downs Boulevard to west of Franklin Green.
6. Recommended professional services agreement for
Lewisburg Pike widening project from Mack Hatcher Parkway to the city
limits at the southern boundary of Sullivan Farms.
