North Forest Broker Rewards

To say “thank you” to the Commercial Brokers that bring clients to us, we created a program called “North Forest Broker Rewards.”  Each month, North Forest Office Providers will offer a different reward to Brokers whose clients sign leases for North Forest office space. 

Just in time for the holidays, November’s Broker Reward is a “mini-shopping spree.”  Buffalo area brokers will receive a $150 gift certificate for the Boulevard Mall.  Rochester area brokers will receive a $150 gift certificate for the Eastview Mall.  This reward is perfect for purchasing holiday gifts for yourself or the family!

To be eligible for November’s reward, brokers must have a client that signs a new lease with North Forest Office Providers on or before November 30, 2007.  North Forest Broker Rewards are offered in addition to the standard brokerage commission.
