We are delighted to welcome noted Seattle chef, Tom Black to the Bistro. Tom is known to many of you as Executive Chef at Fuller's and the Barking Frog, and from his many appearances at Seattle charity events. Tom has been considering a smaller place of his own for some time, and we are thrilled that the Bistro proved a great fit for a person of his caliber. Tom's food has been termed "simple, almost rustic, yet decidedly polished" by Providence Cicero of the Times, and he will be adding many of his own bright flavors to our menu.
