A Warm Welcome
We are delighted to welcome noted Seattle chef, Tom Black to the Bistro. Tom is known to many of you as Executive Chef at Fuller's and the Barking
Frog, and from his many appearances at Seattle charity events. Tom has been considering a smaller place of his own for some time, and we are
thrilled that the Bistro proved a great fit for a person of his caliber. Tom's food has been termed "simple, almost rustic, yet decidedly polished"
by Providence Cicero of the Times, and he will be adding many of his own bright flavors to our menu. Help us welcome Tom the next time you're in,
and thank you all for helping to make 35th Street Bistro such an inviting place!

We are excited to be participating again in the March Dine Around Seattle promotion (formerly 25 for $25) as one of 30 restaurants offering a
three-course dinner menu for $30 - a great excuse to reacquaint yourself with our menu, or to gather with friends and family. Design your own
delicious Bistro menu from several starter, main course and dessert choices. We're also serving a three-course lunch for
$15 (Sunday Brunch excepted), with desserts wrapped for taking away or enjoying at your table. Our Dine Around menus can be viewed

taken from 4:30 until 9pm.
Half-Price Tuesdays
On Tuesday nights, we feature a special selection of wines from our cellar at half their regular prices. Each wine is chosen to show its
varietal or regional typicity - a wonderful way to try somewhere you might not otherwise venture.
