Industry Compensation Survey Webinar March 21,

On March 21, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. ET, the TIA Foundation will host a Webinar on industry compensation
featuring Nancy Ledvina, Human Resource Consultant at The HS Group.
Participants in the Webinar will receive a copy of the 2006 Brokerage Compensation Survey as well as
have an opportunity to review the results with Ledvina. Participants will also have an exclusive opportunity to participate in a question and answer

Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) Program Exam March

CTB was developed by TIA to increase the
professionalism and integrity of property brokerage through a rigorous certification program. Based on both academic scholarship and practical
experience, the CTB program provides brokers professional recognition, marketing advantages, and
career
advancement.
The next exam is on Saturday March 31, 2007. It is a four hour multiple choice exam covering: Basic Business
Practices; Logistics, Transportation, and Carrier Management; and Broker Regulations, Operations and Practices. You must pass all three
sections in order to
earn your CTB
designation.
