Q/A: Best DIYer Table Saw for Ripping Plywood... Under $300?

When you guys write me with stumpers I head over to WoodNet to ask the woodworkers there. That's how this best DIYer table saw post started...

 

BUT it's kind of a trick title because, well, you're not going to get enough tool + outfeed support for $300 to rip plywood effectively and if price is an issue you should get that circ saw out, build a jig and go to town. Or try some of the other suggestions that came out of WoodNet...
