HIGH SCHOOL SPEED & AGILITY CAMP

SPEED & AGILITY....every athlete wishes they had more of it. Most athletes do, they just haven't been taught how to maximize their ability and potential. That's where D1 comes in.

Our week-long speed & agility camp is designed to improve 40-yard dash technique, lateral quickness and explosive movements necessary to compete at the highest level of competition.

Who: 15 - 18 year olds

When: June 2 - 6 

Time: 9:00 - 10:00am 
         
Cost: $100 per one-week camp 
FREE to D1 annual members (Limited to 1st 20 D1 registrants)
