About Dawn Caston:
With 26 years of direct mailing experience and a 'sick' passion for junk mail, she has earned the title of the Direct Mailing Diva from her customers. Her experience began in the mid 1980's when she worked as an Account Representative at the U.S.P.S. Marketing Dept for 16 years. She also served as a liason/consultant for some of the largest companies in the Dallas metroplex that had direct mailing bugets starting at $250,000 and exceeded over $2 million annually.
For the last 10 years Dawn has worked in the private sector for two direct mailing companies which afforded her the opportunity to work closely with customers and they rely on her as their personal consultant to guide them through the ever changing crazy postal maze of rules, requirements and rates that can make or break a mailing.
Dawn says the best part of her job is showing her customers a smarter and more cost effective way to mail. "And when I can save a customer over $6,000 a month on their direct mailing campaign by applying secrets of the trade, it's a feeling that's right up there with using my 20% off coupon at a Macy's Red Apple Sale on a pair of shoes to die for."
