OnBase Service Packs will now be an ongoing method of delivering the high quality OnBase suite you have come to expect.
Information you should know about Service Packs:

No database upgrade is necessary if moving from within the same version (5.2 to 5.2, 6.2
to 6.2, etc.).

Service Packs include fixes that have been reported from the field.

Service Packs include fixes that have been addressed during post-release regression
testing.

Service Packs include memory and performance improvements as result of post-release
testing and information gathered from the field.
