The campaign continues to heat up. You can learn of the critical issues, speaking points and how you can easily play a key role at www.cpaws.org/nahanni.

We are hearing from the Minister’s office that your letters are creating an impression. It is easy to do through www.cpaws.org/nahanni .

BIO PRESERVE

 

Did you know that the Tatshenshini and Alsek Rivers form part of the largest Bio Preserve on the Planet?

The Preserve includes Glacier Bay National Park, Kluane National Park, Wrangell St. Elias National Park, Tongass National Forest and Tatshenshini – Alsek Provincial Park.

Did you know that this region supports the greatest density of denning grizzlies?

In addition, some of these areas include status of UNESCO World Heritage Site and Canadian Heritage Rivers.
