Chef Joncarl Lachman of Home Bistro and the experts at KAFKAwine co. join forces to present "PAIRINGS"; a unique and fun evening of wine tasting and regional food education!  

These tasty adventures include a full wine tasting, cuisine discussion, and culminate in a four-course sit down tasting menu paired with exciting wines from the region! It's a great opportunity to focus on classic culinary styles, hang out with the pros and learn the secrets of food and wine PAIRINGS.

Our 1st series: VIVE LA FRANCE!

We start with the Eastern French region of Alsace on Tuesday, May 20th 6-9pm

Continue through Provence on Tuesday, June 24th 6-9pm

And conclude our series with Bordeaux on Tuesday, July 29th 6-9pm
